Morning : rosary recitation and meditation on goals for the day. daily 81 mg aspirin. exercise routine of push ups, dips, squats, and planks. 45 minute power walking (5 kilometers) using 5 lb. ankle weights and 2 pound hand weights. swimming motions of the crawl, backstroke, and butterfly for upper body strength and enhanced aerobic exercise while walking. listen to audio book while walking to learn something new everyday and avoid boredom. breakfast of cereal or dried fruit /nuts and an orange.
Midday: Jesuit meditation on service. salad for lunch. avoid soda. drink water.
Evening : dinner treat. lovastatin 40 mg tablet. 45 minutes of reading. daily habits/tasks accomplishments review.
Sunday : rest day. Mass. contact family and friends.
